The inimitable George Soros found a friendly reception at the Hoover Institute yesterday, as Soros announced that it was time for regime change in China. Evidently, the policy has worked so well in Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and Ukraine, that it is time to take on the big enchilada.
Soros proclaimed that China, the “world’s most powerful authoritarian state,” is “the greatest threat that open societies face today.” (With very little effort, one can find out that “open societies” means, primarily, the freedom for financial scams to proceed unhindered.) As reported in RT, Soros explained that China, “like Germany in 1936,” will “attempt to use the spectacle” of the Olympics “to score a propaganda victory for its system of strict controls.”
