In a long interview with cable- and web-TV Byoblu, Italian economist Nino Galloni pointed to the fact that as consequence of the western antagonizing of Russia, “we are going towards a strengthening of relations among China, Russia, and India, who alone, with their natural allies on respective territories, can represent a major and ‘successful’ [vincente] alternative – as Lyndon LaRouche would say if he were still among us – to the Atlantic-western Bloc.”
Referring to the war hysteria and “war emergency” which has replaced the Covid emergency in Western media and politics, Galloni joked that “we should give Putin the Nobel prize in Medicine, since he liberated us from Covid.”

In a tweet which he said had 30,000 followers, Galloni cracked another joke, proposing to send 10,000 Italian politicians to fight in Ukraine. “If the Russians are moved and stop, we have rescued peace. On the contrary, if they continue to advance, we have rescued Italy.”
