Italian “ecological transition” minister Roberto Cingolani finally woke up and said what EIR and the LaRouche organizations have said all along: hyperinflation of energy prices is due to financial speculation.
“The market is speculating, it is the reason why we have gasoline at 2.20 Euro per liter – I saw it at a gasoline station – and I do not know why!,” Cingolani said in an interview with SkyTG24.
“Market nervousness,” Cingolani said, “that increases two-, four- and five fold fuel prices, makes a few rich. I believe that this should be exposed first. We will try to do our best, but we are here faced with a colossal fraud coming from market nervousness, as I call it ironically, to the expenses of companies and citizens.”
