Russia Responds to Biden’s Fulmination

Reuters and TASS reported today that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov asserted that it is not up to the U.S. President Joe Biden to decide who should be the President of Russia. “That’s not for Biden to decide. The President of Russia is elected by Russians,” Peskov told Reuters on March 26, when asked to comment on Biden’s speech in Warsaw, in which he offered the emotional outburst about Putin: “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”
