The European Union Approved Its Fourth Package of Sanctions Against Russia

Having shot themselves in the foot by cancelling the Nord Stream 2 pipeline for gas to Europe, and joining the U.S. in other drastic sanctions against Russia, the European Council yesterday shot themselves in the other foot by adopting a fourth package of sanctions.
