Borrell Tells the Truth: We Will Allow No Peace Deal

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, who had been in Kyiv with Ursula von der Leyen on April 8, tweeted yesterday that the conflict will only end by a military resolution. “This war will be won on the battlefield,” he said. “Additional €500 million from the #EPF are underway.
