In her usual pithy way, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova reported two days ago that commerce ministers from the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan had made a show of ostentatiously stomping out of the May 21-22 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Trade Ministers meeting when Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov began to speak.

That comes down to 5 of APEC’s 21 member nations.
