Every time that Secretary of State Tony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan get the chance, they like to brag about what they call the mass exodus of American companies that have left or will leave Russia, purportedly delivering the Russian economy a lethal blow. But yesterday, TASS reported that Robert Agee, President & CEO of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Russia, reported to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that “about 85% of our [American] companies have decided to stay in Russia. Only 11% have left the country, and another 4% are still thinking.”
