PropOrNot Website Identifies Zepp-LaRouche at Top of Ukrainian Enemies List

In a July 25 Twitter thread covering the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation list of “Russian propagandists,” anti-Russian website “PropOrNot” clearly identifies Helga Zepp-LaRouche first as they then proceed to highlight other notable “propagandists” on the Ukraine list. PropOrNot, a group closely tied to the Atlantic Council, has been a leading attack dog against opponents of the British Empire narratives since its origination in the early days of “Russiagate” against then-President Donald Trump in 2016. At that time, the Washington Post released PropOrNot’s list of 200 “routine peddlers of Russian propaganda” on its front page, saying only that the organization is composed of anonymous experts. It has been treated as an authority ever since by all the major media.
