EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, said at the donors’ event for Ukraine in Lugano yesterday, that there was a “dream of a new Ukraine: Not only free, democratic and European, but also environmentally friendly and prosperous.” (Ask the banned parties how democratic Ukraine is!)
She further enthused that the new Ukraine was being shaped “according to the ideas of the young people in the country, accompanied by courageous reforms and investments.”
