Before and after his July 28-29 attendance at the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Uzbekistan, China’s State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet with the foreign ministers of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. This is the 30th anniversary of China establishing relations with the three countries, and the 20th anniversary of the signing of the SCO Charter.
