In a scandalous report on August 18, Germany’s state-run Deutsche Welle (DW) found arguments in favor of Ukraine’s terror shelling of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power complex. Even though UN protocols ban such attacks, DW explained that they can be justified if, as Ukraine charges, Russia has military installations there. DW didn’t get into the messy details, as to whether Ukraine has any basis for yet another of its wild, evidence-free allegations.
