The now-infamous Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation today added retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski to its list of supposed purveyors of Russian disinformation. She, “in particular” they wrote, was fingered today as being among the “speakers cooperating with RT-international” in spreading into Western media “propaganda” about the “alleged readiness of citizens of Austria, France and some other countries to overthrow their leadership, as well as lift sanctions against the Russian Federation.” The CCD likens such statements to “Russian open acts of terror,” because both seek “to persuade Ukraine, together with its partners, to sign a settlement agreement on their terms.” https://t.me/TheCenterforCounteringDisinfo/980
Kwiatkowski is a member of the VIPS, the association of former U.S. security and intelligence officials which has been courageously opposing the disastrous war and dictatorial turn in U.S. policy since 9/11.
