New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a civil suit against Donald Trump, several of his children, the Trump Organization, and other businesses associated with him. The fraud suit accuses the Trumps of falsely inflating Trump’s net worth “to induce banks to lend money to the Trump Organization on more favorable terms than would otherwise have been available to the company.” James is suing for $250 million and the removal of the Trumps from their positions at the Trump Organization.
