A crude attack video, denouncing Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche as a Putin mouthpiece that emits lies, was posted yesterday by something called “VolunteerInfoN,” a website as of July 28, 2022. The 80-second video was produced by “Underdog Ukraine,” whose Facebook account dates back to April, 2022, that produces juvenile “superhero cartoon” images of Ukrainian heroes. Their lead image is one of a muscular Ukrainian superhero smashing Putin’s chin, as the Kremlin burns in the background.
The 80-second video shows clips of Zepp-LaRouche with menacing music and the following subtitles:

“In Germany, the Schiller Institute has turned into a Russian propaganda channel.
“Its founders promote the narratives that are consistent with what Russia says despite an officially declared neutral stance of this analytical center.
“Helga Zepp-Larouche is the founder of the institute. She is one of the voices of the Kremlin in Europe.
“In her articles and speeches, the politician accuses the West of deliberately attempting to demonize Russia for decades.
“Zepp-LaRouche blames NATO for the war which the Kremlin started in Ukraine.
