Will UNICEF Defend Children from Myrotvorets Hit List?

The Russian Permanent Mission to International Organizations in Geneva is challenging the silence of UNICEF on the inclusion of 327 children on the Myrotvorets hit list. “The ‘Myrotvorets’ website is, essentially, a hit list made by Ukrainian nationalists that publishes personal information on individuals (including minors), who are regarded as ‘enemies of the state,’” the embassy said in a statement issued today. “Since October 2021, Russia has repeatedly called on the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) both publicly and through diplomatic channels to address the illegal activities of ‘Myrotvorets.’”
