Chinese state energy companies have been told by authorities to stop reselling Russia’s Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) to Europe, as they have been doing for several months — and as India has also done with Russian oil, reported Charles Kennedy of OilPrice.com. China’s National Development and Reform Commission gave the directive to Sinopec, PetroChina, and CNOOC, in order to ensure China’s natural gas supply this Winter.
