Schiller Institute Founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche and Schiller Institute UN Liaison Richard Black addressed a two-day International scientific and practical conference “Scientific-technological and innovative cooperation of BRICS countries,” which was hosted by Russia’s National Committee for BRICS Research and opened by greetings from Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Ryabkov.
