LaRouche Movement Activists Confront AOC on Nuclear Threat and Cowardly Hypocrisy, Hitting America’s Nerve

Two LaRouche movement members in New York, Kynan Thistlethwaite and Jose Vega, launched a powerful intervention at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s town hall meeting Wednesday, Oct. 12. In the middle of the meeting, Thistlethwaite, followed by Vega, stood up and denounced AOC for lying as a pawn of the establishment, even as we step to the brink of nuclear war—all while funding and supporting the Nazis in Ukraine. The two demanded that, in a world playing with nuclear confrontation, nothing else mattered right now. In a particularly powerful part, Vega said that he had supported her initially in hopes that she would fight for the people of New York; however, she had instead betrayed him and others. She is now a liar and a tool of the war-hungry establishment.
