Russia Offers 500,000 Tons of Grain to Poor Countries, Free Of Charge

Russian Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev announced on Oct. 29 that Russia is prepared to supply up to 500,000 metric tons of grain to the poorest countries, free of charge, over the next four months, according to coverage in TASS. He said this can happen with the participation of Turkey.
