A local Ukrainian councilman, one Alexander Povoroznyuk, in a town in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, was interviewed by the Kolomoisky television network, the same one that made Zelenskyy into a star. Povoroznyuk was asked by the journalist about hunting down locals working with the Russians. He assures her that they are on the case. “But we haven’t had time to get them into jail. They disappeared … somewhere.” He goes on: “People are disappearing….” Finally, and now obviously enjoying himself, laughing and giggling, he says: “It is necessary to make a population census at least. How many people are missing in the region. Because there are…” The interviewer fills in, “losses.” He concludes, “Yeah, big losses.”
