Easy to Puncture Zelenskyy's "NATO Vs. Russia" Provocations, Hard To Swear Off the Booze

The radiating effects of the colossal failure of Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to sell the world on his “Russia bombed the NATO country Poland” histrionics, is playing out around the world. Today Kiev sent their Deputy Secretary of Defense to London to crank up the flight-forward message, “We have no choice but to charge ahead and militarily bring down Russia!” It must be said that it emitted a “Hitler in the bunker” quality.

And shortly after Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused the U.S. and Poland, and anyone claiming that a Ukrainian missile had landed in Poland, that they were pushing a “conspiracy theory,” Kiev upped the ante by promoting the disgraced Banderite Andrii Melnyk as their new Deputy Foreign Minister. (Melnyk was fired from his post as ambassador to Germany for his “Kiev über Alles” rants and his defense in July of Hitler collaborator Stepan Bandera’s mass murder war crimes.) There’s certainly a case that a faction in Kiev, after Zelenskyy was denied Washington’s approval for his “Russia Bombed Poland” provocation, is presently in a full “flight-forward” mode.

The head of a French political party announced that “Zelenskyy almost triggered World War III” and called for stopping support for “this dangerous man.” And Scott Ritter made the case that the missile that landed in Ukraine was no accident, but a deliberate provocation—making the extreme danger of using crazies in Kiev as a proxy, in what has ripened into the present nuclear confrontation, a very palpable reality.

In an German media interview, Ritter addressed Germans, recalling when Germany in the 1970-80s opposed NATO nuclear missiles on their soil for making them a nuclear target. Then Germans had some intelligence and courage. But, taking no prisoners, Ritter confronted Germany on their present sheepishness, on their supine behavior, on the fear that paralyzes their mental processes – and called upon them to wake up to the reality of the situation that they are in: NATO and the G7 have already decided to take Germany apart. In reality, Russian energy provided at a good price had been a good thing, even the key to what has made German industry work. Germany has a future, but only if it gives itself a good slap in the face.

Zelenskyy’s latest escapade raises the obvious question: What of all the “evidence-free” allegations of Bucha, that Azov swastikas are not swastikas, of Russians blowing up Chernobyl or Zaporozhye, etc? Was the West fooled … or did they want to be fooled. As Pogo put it, “We have met the enemy, and he is us.”

The simple reality is that there never was a purpose to NATO over the last 30 years, aside from the muscle needed by an empire that had no need of dialogue or cooperation. There never was a reality behind cryptocurrencies, but that applies to Federal Reserve quantitative easing and over $30 trillion of U.S. official debt. Watch Ritter ripping into German fantasies, and then hope, as if your life depended upon it, that your country has the benefit of such a refreshing and invasive truth-telling.

Time to organize your friends and loved ones over the next couple of days for the Tuesday, Nov. 22 Schiller Institute conference, “Stop the Danger of Nuclear War Now.” https://schillerinstitute.nationbuilder.com/conference_20221122
