Russian UN Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said on Nov. 16 that statements from Warsaw and Kiev on the missile that fell into Poland were intended to trigger a direct Russia-NATO conflict. Nebenzia was addressing a UN Security Council briefing on Ukraine, and his remarks are posted to the Russian mission website.
