Global Times reports that, during his Nov. 18 address to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Forum in Bangkok, Thailand, Chinese President Xi Jinping said that economic cooperation in the region has led to an “Asia-Pacific miracle.” He also said that China is considering holding a third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in 2023, the tenth anniversary year of the project’s initiation, in September-October 2013.
