Zepp-LaRouche to CGTN: ‘Clear Complementarity of Interest’ Between Germany, China and the South

As German Chancellor Olaf Scholz arrived Nov. 4 for an extremely beneficial, but politically controversial one-day visit with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang, China’s CGTN news agency posted a six-minute video presentation by Helga Zepp-LaRouche on “the long history” of German-Chinese relations, and the enormous economic benefits, including for the world economy, of expanding German-Chinese trade and economic cooperation.

The video is preceded by a Chinese-language introduction, stating: “Helga Zepp-LaRouche, founder and president of the Schiller Institute, pointed out that Sino-Germany relations have a long history, and there is complementary interest of the two economies. Additionally, she believes that the vast majority of the world population is building a new economic order, which is oriented to overcome poverty and underdevelopment in the Global South.”
