Comedian and activist Lee Camp conducted an hour-long interview with Diane Sare Dec. 7, prominently covered by Camp in an article on MintPress News with a nice graphic and this headline, “Senate Candidate Diane Sare Reveals How She Ended Up on Ukraine’s Notorious `Info Terror’ Hit List.” The interview, along with his intro, on MintPress News, is here: https://www.mintpressnews.com/diane-sare-reveals-how-she-ended-up-on-ukraine-notorious-info-terrorist-hit-list/282923/
Camp’s intro is thoughtful, and addresses other “leftists” who might be gnashing their teeth over why he interviewed someone from the LaRouche movement. He writes that she lost her Senate election against Chuck Schumer, but announced that she’ll be running for Senate again in 2024 against Kirsten Gillibrand.
But, he adds that “this interview is not a campaign event supporting Diane Sare. Do I agree with every word she says? No. And I feel I make that clear. But do I agree with every word any guest says to me? Almost never. If we want to create a better world, a world in which humanity can achieve sustainability and equality, then we must work together on the ideas and concepts on which we do agree.”
