Over Sunday and Monday, China’s Vice Foreign Minister Xie Feng met with US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrink and National Security Council Senior Director for China Laura Rosenberger. According to the Chinese report, the discussions followed up on the discussion between Biden and Xi in Bali at the G20 meeting in talks that were “candid, in-depth, and constructive.”
