According to the most recent available information published by Hans Kristensen, the director of the Federation of American Scientists’ Nuclear Information Project, the U.S. has an estimated 100 B61 nuclear gravity bombs located at the Kleine Brogel air base in Belgium, the Buchel air base in Germany, Aviano and Ghedi air bases in Italy, Volkel air base in the Netherlands and at Incirlik air base in Turkey.
