While French President Emmanuel Macron has been in the news for promoting a path towards dialogue with Russia, the head of Ukraine’s negotiating team said he’s not interested. On Dec. 3, Ukraine’s negotiator David Arakhamia said that Ukraine is willing to provide security guarantees to Russia, but he had some requirements for Russia, including that it do the following:
