The notorious Adam Kinzinger (R-Il), who played a large role in the January 6 hearings against Trump and his supporters, and who has generally been the worst of neocon war hawks—he was also a key figure leading up the “NAFO” thought police efforts to censor “pro-Russian” accounts on Twitter—did a quiet duck-out of Congress last year, due to his Liz-Cheney-level of support. However, within days of the end of session, Kinzinger has now accepted a post as “senior political commentator” at CNN.
