The Ukrainian Orthodox Church Pushed Out of Their Church for Christmas

The “Orthodox Church of Ukraine” (OCU), promoted by the Kiev government to undermine the 1,000-year-old Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC), announced yesterday that their Christmas service (January 7 in Orthodox Christianity) would be in Ukraine’s main UOC monastery, Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. This appears to be in line with President Zelensky’s assault on the UOC.

The UOC issued a statement denouncing the development as a “huge disgrace” for the country. It also stated that this “raiding” is taking place with the blessing of high-ranking Ukrainian officials.
