Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin conveyed best wishes from President Putin to the delegations from the four other member nations, and praised the way they withstood “the most difficult challenges” over 2022. The Eurasian Economic Union member nations are Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Among the points Mishustin conveyed from Putin, Mishustin said, according to the Russian transcript, “We should continue to take joint decisions to create common energy markets.
