Donetsk People’s Republic leader Denis Pushilin spoke similarly in response to the statement, last week, of German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock that Europe is “at war with Russia.” Western countries, he said, had shown they openly break all rules, and therefore they shouldn’t be trusted. “The masks have come off.
