Russian energy company Rosneft announced yesterday that Moscow and New Delhi have made an agreement that will “substantially increase” the supply of crude oil to India, and also diversify its grades. The deal was reached with the Indian Oil Company during a trip by Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin.
