Appearing on the Hannity show on Fox News, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) lamented the growth of agreements to avoid use of the U.S. dollar. Referring to the agreement between Brazil and China to conduct trade in their national currencies, he complained that the two nations are “creating a secondary economy in the world, totally independent of the United States.”
