New Document Describes Collapse of Ukrainian Army

Canada’s CTV News has released a report called the “White Papers” which details the actual status of Ukraine’s military situation. The report was written by three retired NATO soldiers who have ostensibly spent the last nine months in Ukraine training the Kiev regime’s troops.
