Republicans Want Biden To Stop ‘Unrestrained’ Military Aid to Ukraine

Republicans in both the U.S. House and Senate have sent a letter to Biden on April 20 demanding that his administration stop sending “unrestrained” U.S. aid to Ukraine. The letter, led by Utah Sen. Mike Lee, and Arizona Rep. Eli Crane, and signed by 19 others, among them Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, mentions risks associated with continuing to supply Ukraine with weapons and military aid, asserting that such actions could make the situation worse, and lead to a proxy war with Russia.
