Ukrainian missiles hit the former Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Lugansk on May 12 and 13. Initial reports had it that the attackers used Grom missiles, but later it was determined that the missiles were the new Storm Shadow cruise missiles. The Storm Shadow missile has different modifications but can’t be calibrated for distances of 250 or 1500 km, depending on the basing requirements.
