The four northbound lanes of Interstate 95—the major transportation corridor which runs through all the East Coast states, from Florida to Maine—have collapsed in Philadelphia, following what is reported as a tanker truck fire underneath an overpass. Structural damage to the other side of the overpass means that all four southbound lanes are also closed.
