A Spanish media outlet reports that EU officials have agreed to not invite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the meeting between the European Union and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) that begins today in Brussels. In its article today, Barcelona-based daily La Vanguardia cited anonymous European diplomats as claiming that European Council President Charles Michel had decided it would be “better not to invite” Zelenskyy to the EU-CELAC meeting.
