Over a fifteen-minute period around 4 a.m. Sunday morning, July 2, a suspect hit two D.C. businesses (a bank and a clothing store) with explosives and then threw a Molotov cocktail at a grocery store. As of this writing, the suspect has not been apprehended. Are these fireworks for Independence Day?
