Kiev's Guarantee That Civilians Won't Be Injured by Cluster Bombs Exploded

The supposed “guarantees made in writing,” related by National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan and Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl, made by the Kiev regime, not to use cluster munitions in ways that endanger civilians, is exploded in Sputnik.
