TASS reported July 25 that President Putin plans to visit China in October (without citing any specific date), and that he is considering a visit to India in September, at the time of the G20 summit, which will be Sept. 9-10 in New Delhi. Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov was quoted by RIA Novosti and TASS: “It is known that we have received an invitation and that we intend to go to China when the Belt and Road Forum is held in October.”
