A breakdown of her government plane in Abu Dhabi forced German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock to cancel her trip to Australia, New Zealand and the Fiji Islands. The “60-hour chaos trip,” as Bild calls it, ended when her A340 took off two times from the airport in Abu Dhabi and two times had to land back at Abu Dhabi because the wing flaps would not function correctly. The good news is that people in the Pacific region have missed hostile interference. More good news is that the failure is seen as the overall failure of the “traffic light” government in Germany. And even environmentalists are angry because the plane of Green crusader Baerbock twice had to dump 80 ton of airplane fuel as the A340 landed back in Abu Dhabi after the failed attempts.
