In his annual “summer interview” with the second national public television program ZDF yesterday evening, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called for a “greater diplomatic effort” to end the NATO war against Russia based out of Ukraine. But how?
“It makes sense for us to continue these talks, because they increase the pressure on Russia to realize that it has taken the wrong path and that it must withdraw its troops and make peace possible,” Scholz stated, repeating Ukraine President Zelenskyy’s “peace proposal” which is not intended to succeed.
