German Chancellor Campaigns for Ukraine’s Phony 'Peace Proposal'

In his annual “summer interview” with the second national public television program ZDF yesterday evening, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called for a “greater diplomatic effort” to end the NATO war against Russia based out of Ukraine. But how?
