West Mostly ‘Wags Its Tongue,’ Explains Russian Foreign Minister

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke on “Moscow. Kremlin. Putin,” Rossiya-1 TV broadcast, in which he commented that the BRICS leaders deal with real issues, whereas Western politicians and news reporters tend to mostly wag their tongues. He was apparently responding to the West’s condescending attitude to the BRICS summit, held in Johannesburg, South Africa over Aug. 22-24. “It shows that they wag their tongues, while we use our heads and [engage in] concrete issues,” said Lavrov.
