Germany Losing Its Position as a Leading Automobile Producer

More and more manufacturers of automobiles and their supply-sector companies are moving production out of Germany. That has been a pattern in recent years already, now drastically accelerating due to high energy and material (steel, plastics, rubber) costs, the main source of these being the greenie anti-industry regulations. A serious consequence is the loss of confidence among potential car purchasers, who, under obsessive “green” anti-car circumstances, are not sure they will be allowed to keep their new cars, if they receive one from domestic production at all....
