Coverage of LaRouche Intervention on Hillary Clinton Goes Viral

Activists Robert Castle and Simon Miller with the LaRouche movement and the Diane Sare for Senate campaign interrupted Hillary Clinton at a Columbia University event on Oct. 23, in what has now become a viral international video. She was speaking at an event discussing the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Castle challenged Clinton, saying: “Can you please make a statement about President Joe Biden’s speech. This is clearly a warmongering speech. President Joe Biden is calling for $100 billion of funding for Israel, Taiwan, and Ukraine, and we’re just supposed to bundle these together and rush to World War III. And we’re all just going to let Hillary Rodham Clinton sit here.…”

Clinton, after trying unsuccessfully to shout Castle down, aggressively answered his demand that she denounce Biden’s speech: “I will not do that.”

Although Clinton never held her promise to discuss with Castle after the event, Miller took her up on the offer, and engaged in a several-minute debate with her on her defense of billions to fund wars, while she opposes China’s billions for development in their Belt and Road Initiative.
