On Oct. 17, Chinese President Xi Jinping held personal meetings with the presidents or prime ministers of numerous countries: Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Chile, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea, reports Global Times. The leaders were gathered in Beijing for the Third Belt and Road Forum.
