Israel Bombs Syria Airports

A Syrian military source told SANA today that Israel attacked the international airports in Damascus and Aleppo, putting both of them out of service. “The Israeli latest aggression comes in the framework of the occupation authorities’ continued policy, based on aggression and violation of the international law and the UN convention,” the Syrian Foreign Ministry said in a statement. It added that the attacks came as an attempt “to export the Zionist entity’s crises and inflame situation in the region as well as putting aside its war crimes and massacres against the Palestinian people in Gaza.”
